This journal allows 50 days to reflect on both the positive and negative aspects of each day.
The first step is to record your frustrations. The perforated edge allows you to tear, scrunch and toss the page away to RELEASE all of those negative thoughts.
Flip the journal and your mindset to RECOGNISE that despite the frustrations there has been some good in each day.
Upon completion of the 50 day challenge you will be left with 50 pages of positive
thoughts and reflections.
Let’s take the challenge together to reduce the stigma around mental health whilst improving our overall wellbeing.
Healing takes time, and asking for help is a courageous step
