Why Two-Way Talk?

I’ve been a long time believer that if you surround yourself with positivity and recognise the best of a bad situation you will be able to reshape your mind and thinking.
As a sufferer of Depression and Anxiety for over 10 years now, one of the most useful tools I use on a daily basis is positive reinforcement.
Showing gratitude for even the littlest of moments in each day, no matter how bad the day has been, or how down you are feeling, can make a world of difference.
Recognising the good in each day has helped me through some extremely dark times in my life and I hope using the Two-Way Talk well-being journal can help you reshape your outlook on the world and improve your overall well-being.
